A Hucul gelding in good size (139cm). Son of the meritorious stallion Olgierd-O from the Ousor line through the stallion Lotnik (by Ousor VIII-50), bred in Odrzechowa/Poland. Another son of Olgierd-O - Bros became in 2021 the II Vice-Champion of Two-Year-Old Stallions of the XX All-Polish Youth Championship of Hucul Breed Horses in Klikowa. Orek's dam is the extremely brave and versatile Oleśnica, who successfully competed in dressage, field trials and show jumping just like her sire, the chief stallion Puszkar representing the line of  Hroby (born 1895) originating from Austria-Hungary. The founder of this popular sire line, Hroby, was purchased to SK Luczyna in 1900 from a highlander in Ciocanesti. He was named after a mountain peak in the Luczyna area. He was a horse undoubtedly with an admixture of Pure bred Arabian blood, as evidenced by his dryness, nobility and lightness.
